Did you consider the bell-curve when you created the "Random Mutations Table"? Is hp really supposed to be more uncommon than DR? Clinging or SM+1 more common than extra ST?

These are much better than my collection of 3e conversions. I've been looking at the two "outbreaks" for insperation and have decided the Daylight serum would be an excellent plot hook. I'm also trying to do a campaign set in the dismantling of Umbrella Inc. Lots of hurried CYA can leed to carelessness .....

No I did not. When I did the table I was in a rush, thanks for the input. If you have suggestions, feel free to post them.
