Enhanced Defense (psionic)
so for a precog who can literally see an attack before it happens, or a telepath who can use that power to anticipate attacks and respond better to them, would Enhanced Defense (Psionic, -10%) make sense? Actually, for the telepath I'd put it at -15/20% because it wouldn't work on dodging non living attacks such as a turret, but am I right so far?

Re: Enhanced Defense (psionic)
Basically yes, the level of the modifier depends on countermeasures.

Re: Enhanced Defense (psionic)
You wouldn't list "Psionic" because that's a power source, it would have to be more specific. GURPS Psionic Powers lists 3 different examples of power modifiers which could have Enhanced Defenses:
46: Probability Alteration 72: Animal Telepathy 76: Psychometabolism I think it would make sense for general Telepathy as well, I'd model it after how Animal Telepathy suggests treating it and only apply it on a successful IQvwill contest, and limit it to humans only. This reduces the cost. |
