Default Cardboard Heroes

I'm a big fan of the Cardboard Heroes and I own them all. I also own other paper miniature sets from other companies.

I use them for all my GURPS RPG games.

People now have better access to quality printers and paper which is evident by the explosion of paper terrain and miniatures over the last six years. I think it would be great if Steve Jackson Games thought about releasing new versions of Cardboard Heroes with updated art and size. If not doing it themselves then contacting some of the established companies to make them.

30mm is the current standard for paper miniatures at the moment.

I hope others would agree that some Dungeon Fantasy series paper miniatures with photo realistic art (not cgi) would certainly add to the flavour of the games!

Strongly agree. I recently bought all the Cardboard Heroes, as well as a couple other sets from various other companies. Cardboard heroes are by far my favorites. I would buy more if they were made, especially if they were made for other genres besides fantasy.

Although I'm not a fan of photorealistic art. I find at small scales cartoony art with bright colors better allows you to distinguish between various markers.

I not sure there is a genre they aren't made for by someone*.
I'm just very happy the originals are still out there at e23.

*I have cyberpunk, spaceopera, victorian, fantasy, wildwest, modern, robots and aliens. And that's not my e23 items...

e23 only has the fantasy sets and one western set. I'm only interested in PDF. Is there somewhere else with more genres for specifically Cardboard Heroes?

There are some other cardboard miniatures designers. I like One Monk miniatures. They have sets for Fantasy, SF, Pos Apocalipict and more.

I'm specifically talking about Cardboard Heroes, the brand. i know other people make paper miniatures. What I'm saying is that I really like the art style of Cardboard Heroes, and would like to buy (or legally download for free) PDFs of them for genres other than fantasy.

Precis Intermedia Disposable Heroes use a similar art style but I can't remember where I bought them! Shouldn't be too hard to trace.

Our very own E23 has Disposable Heroes available:

I'd like to echo getting more of the Cardboard Heroes onto E23, but hopefully not at the cost of some of the other fish that I'd like them to fry. ;)

Yup! I have and use them all. It would be nice to have GURPS monsters as well.
