Remote control.
Take out / put in contacts. Turn food in the microwave or in the oven. Play with toys. |

Re: Things to do with Level 1 Telekinesis
Two things to go with this trait;
TK 1 is ST 1; that's 3.2 oz for BL. That itself doesn't matter much but 2lbs is Extra Heavy, meaning you are straining when you try to carry a dinner over to yourself. TK requires concentration manoeuvres. This isn't always an issue, but putting either Independent on it or buying Compartmentalized Mind would cover things in stressful but noncombat situations (and help combat out). NRR is also very cheap on TK 1, which might not let you auto-succeed any skill used with TK but does 'guarantee' the +4 with the above skills. Actually, I remember Kromm pointing out that TK is 'hands' that happen to be invisible and can 'cease' to exist. Namely, they still take up area and make noise as hands. It would be a feature to have them be fae-sized hands, but it is still a note. As to what you can do with it, Ventriloquism can get the +4 since you can move a puppet from far away, which can in turn give you a Intimidation bonus to scare people... |

Re: Things to do with Level 1 Telekinesis
But does telekinesis also include feeling? For lockpicking you would probably need to know which parts of the lock move and which don't. Can you feel if the surface of an object is rough if you have telekinesis? If the invisible hand has 'gloves', some tasks will still be difficult.

Micromanipulation probably needs to be defined more closely. However, if low levels of TK can let you manipulate things at molecular level, Psionics leads straight to nanotechnology.

I would think you still need to be able to see at the molecular level, so, it needs to be combined with Microscopic Vision.

Re: Things to do with Level 1 Telekinesis
Hmm. DOES basic TK allow micromanipulation? It's not something that could be done with your hands, so maybe that effect would require some extender... a Perk, or maybe an Enhancement.
