Multiple players running away from a monster
I have an opponent who I desperately want to get killed so I can loot something they have. If that opponent helps me in a fight against a monster and I pump it up to the point where we can't beat it, can the opponent decide to back out and not be a part of the combat, before Running Away? If they're committed to it and can't back out, what order do players run away in?
The example we ran into was me playing something to make them reroll a successful escape, but that doesn't do any good if I have to run away & potentially die before they even pick up a d6. |

Re: Multiple players running away from a monster
Unless the other player has a card that lets him back out, he's committed to the fight.
Run Away order is up to the players to decide; if you can't decide any other way, each person rolls a d6, high roller Runs Away first.

Re: Multiple players running away from a monster
Current player decides the order of discards, if he cares. That may be what you're thinking of.
