Constriction Attack + Telekinesis

Has anyone ever seen where Constriction Attack is bought to apply to Telekinesis INSTEAD of the user's own body?

B371-B372 talks about doing a "grapple and squeeze" against the torso of smaller SM targets, so I'd also like to know if TK hands must necessarily be the same SM of the user.

If they default that way but there are options to get smaller or larger hands than the user's SM (or both, if someone could switch their TK hand size on the fly) what are they?

It seems like maybe a good place for psi-techniques.

To the best of my knowledge (which isn't exhaustive or perfect) this doesn't yet 'exist'.

But then I prefer expanding on Powers using Techniques rather than 'permanent' adjustments via Enhancements.
