I don't get how people feel temperature in the short time frame of a minute or two. Sure, my skin tells me that it's warm outside. But even if over 100, it takes me a good 10 minutes for the heat to get much below my skin.
I've slow jogged a few miles in 105, but that's my personal limit. So I doubt it's anywhere near human structural limits. I've actually put my still cold hands on my much warmer GF's arms during a walk. I don't understand how my body changes temp much more slowly than hers. It's not like she lighter than me.
