Questions about SM [Basic]
In Basic, it says that if the longest dimension of an object falls between two values, use the higher value. SM+0 represents a longest dimension of 2 yards while SM+1 represents a longest dimension of 3 yards. My question is the following, is a 6'2" tall human technically SM+1, since their height is technically between two yards (6') and three yards (9')?

Re: Questions about SM [Basic]
I had to consider this in GURPS Template Toolkit 2: Races. My handling of it, which, I will note, Kromm let through without question, was to say that in dealing with a race, you went with a RACIAL SM. Humans have racial SM 0, so you use that for humans, even if one of them is a bit over 6'. Unless the player takes Gigantism or Dwarfism, of course. That is, you can fudge a little. This kind of fudging is now *officially* part of the rules. . . .
