Preconceptions...

When I read the title of this thread all I could think was "I've never heard of a weapon manufacturer called Centaur Arms."

You must admit, it would be a neat name.

That sort of makes sense, since most artistic representations of centaurs depict their human halves as being quite muscular and relatively large as compared to the equivalent portions of a human.

It seems to me that the way to model arms that have shorter reach than Size would indicate while still being able to use the full range of melee attacks is to invent a limitation that splits the difference between normal arms and RAW Short Arms limitation. Perhaps "Reduced Reach, -20%."

Compare to the Melee Attack limitation where reach C,1 is a -20% limitation.
