Article/Item of clothing definition?
So I ordered a Munchkin patch the other day to afix to my messenger bag just to jazz it up a bit. I was totally surprised when it arrived as I pictured it about the size of the old Girl Scout badges my girls used to accumulate but it is much larger. Then an odd question occured to me that will likely never come into play (personally) but it made me giggle a bit thinking about it:
Would a sash be considered an article of clothing? The patches and zipper pulls state they need to be attached to a piece of clothing you are wearing in order to grant thier bonuses. I suddenly envisioned someone creating a sash with all of the patches, pins and even zippers for their zipper pulls and looking like some grand foreign dignitary with an unofficial Munchkin Sash of Ultimate Bonuses. |

You wear a sash, so it seems like it'd count as an article of clothing :)

Even if it's not technically allowed, it has struck a chord with me and my wife so we will be going fabric shopping this weekend to construct the Munchkin Sash of Last Time's Loser.
I ordered the three patches currently available thru W23 as well as all of the pins and we will be instituting a rule in our house that the lowest level player at the end of the game will gain the use of the sash in the next game played. |
