Default [GURPS Fantasy] The Elder Scrolls Racial Templates and Birthsigns

DISCLAIMER: Work under progress.

I decided to offer my players a bit of fresh new insight into Tamriel so I sort of tried to create the races and the birthsigns from the original video game series. I would be really happy if I could get some kind of input from you guys.

The game is set in the Third Era, at the age of the War of the Red Diamond.

So, here goes:

Argonian [63 points]

HT+1 [10]; HP+2 [4]

I tried to make the birthsigns all cost 5 points, trying to balance them out. However, things like Atronach are really bugging me, since I cannot think of a more proper way to stop FP recovery in the same manner as Unhealing and HP.

Warwyrd: HP+1 [2]; Lifting ST+1 [3]

The Mage [5 points]

Fey: FP+2 (-30%, Magic Reserve) [5];

The Thief [5 points]

Akaviri Danger-Sense: Damage Resistance 1 (Common, Physical Attacks, -20%, Force Field, +20%) [5]

The Serpent [5 points]

Star-Curse: Innate Attack 1 (Toxic, 4pts/level, Cyclic, +100%, Malediction 1, +100%, Costs Fatigue 8, -40%, Limited Use: Once Per Day, -40%, Resistible, HT-4, -50%, Partial Dice, 1d-1, x0.7) [5]

The Lady [5 points]

Lady's Favor: Charisma 1 [5];
Lady's Grace: Rapid Healing [5]; Unfit [-5];

The Ritual [5 points]

The Lover [5 points]

The Shadow [5 points]

Moonshadow: Invisibility (Can Carry Objects: Light, +20%, Switchable, +10%, Substantial Only, -10%, Limited Use: Once per day, -40%, Accessibility: Once activated, lasts only a minute, -60%) [8], FP-1 [-3]

The Tower [5 points]

Beggar's Nose: Detect (Rare: Gold, Vague: -50%) [3]
Tower Key: Gizmo 1 (Accessibility: Only has a knack of finding keys, -40%, Unreliable: 11, -20%) [2]

Atronarch doesn't stop FP recovery, it stops magica recovery -- they're distinct attributes (magica is best represented by an energy reserve).

It's a limitation on your energy reserve; I don't have the relevant book accessible right now so I'm not sure of its proper name or value, but I'm pretty sure there is a 'no natural recovery' limitation for energy reserves.

I'd calculate the CP cost the Unhealing disadvantage (reduced for Partial and ER only) and apply that as a negative percentile modifier personally.

Pretty sure the Argonians' ability to breathe under water as well as in air isn't a -10 Disadvantage. And aren't they missing Immune to Poison, or am I remembering them wrong?

Special Recharge. It's -70%, or -80% if the points drain away 1 per second when you do charge it.

Since Atronarch grants a rather large bonus to your magica reserves, it's probably fair to say it just applies that limit and keeps your points spent on energy reserve constant.

The other problem, though, is that Atronarch isn't limited to absorbing damage, it can absorb any touch or ranged spell, in principle including some you might not want to absorb (in Morrowind and Oblivion you can absorb healing effects cast by shrines).
