I'd ask Steve for clarification if even UC V is supposed to allow two HTH attacks per turn. The "HTH or regular combat" is on the line about the +1d+1 attack. I'd tend to think the HTH attack would be at +1d+1 +1 for being in HTH. |

UC V requires a 40-point character so TBH, it is unlikely to come up very often in Legacy games.
