Default Pyramid articles you want to see

What kind of Pyramid articles would you like to see in 2017?

This thread got me thinking - is there a Pyramid article about horses and riding which is available to us who weren't here in the olden days? And if there isn't, could someone who has more experience with horses than me* write one?

*I tried riding once. The horse bit me. Since then I view them with great suspicion.

Alternate combat skills = giving melee combat skills the same treatment as gun skills in that one article that I can't recall.

Weapon design = designing melee weapons from scratch (picking hilt design, blade length, pommel, etc.).

Alternate innate attack = bringing this inline with St so that itakes St just as good as innate attacks in supers games and such.

Something that I can use in an In Nomine game.

Has Pyramid ever done a "wainscott" issue?

I've been wanting to do one that covered Jump Gates in at least as much depth as the drive systems.

Knowing Your Own ST pretty much does this.
For a given ST value in the Supers range you have considerably greater BL and Striking St is cheaper.
It works out to be much cheaper than the Baisc Set rules and while less damage per point than IA it is close enough IMO. ST is much more versatile than IA.

I was thinking of you when I edited the Spec thread for 2017 :)
And yes there area couple of Wainscott themes. Thresholds and some adventures. Also most MH issues would be Wainscott

There was an article series running in Knights of the Dinner Table issues, called The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly. Basically, the articles would introduce and stat out three different NPCs ready for play, complete with plot hooks. One NPC was "The Good", a benevolent or at least neutral character. The next NPC was the "Bad", and typically a villain. The "Ugly" was sometimes the most evil NPC, the most weird NPC, the ugliest NPC, the NPC with an outside-the-box tactic/gear/gimmick/backstory...Maybe a Wild Card?

Of course, just like with the movie of the same name, the articles occasionally played around with the titles - sometimes, the "Ugly" was an innocent or just the odd man out amongst the NPCs, or the "Good" was an anti-hero. I remember one article where all 3 were sapient magic items (The Good was a standard "hero's sword" that encouraged smiling evil and fighting tyranny, The Bad was a black longsword with a spiky hilt that encouraged becoming an Evil Overlord, The Ugly was a weird-looking mace.).

So yeah, a recurring articles series focusing on three statted out NPCs, each interconnected by a plot hook or adventure, of the same theme or setting.
