Dying to Win...
I have a question about a specific scenario and hope I can get some help. Let's say that a player has the "The Last Laugh" card in front of them, (which states that if that player dies they *immediately* go up a level which can be the winning one). Now let us say that player is level 9 and they use the "Billiard Ball of Non-existence" card on themselves, (which states that you die when you play it, essentially killing yourself). My question is, does the game end as soon as the player plays the Billiard Ball card and dies? Could someone, say, play the Annihilation card on the Billiard Ball card after it is played in order to stop this from happening, or is the win just instantaneous? Honestly, I can see it both ways.
Also, as an aside, the Billiard Ball of Non-existence card can only be played to kill yourself, right? Or can you play it on someone else to simply kill them? Thank you. |
