As someone who's looked at thousands of female profiles on dating sites I can say a woman being bisexual is no more of a Quirk than being brunette today. I'd say at least a quarter of the profiles I've looked had have been "bi". I think it's gotten to the point where it's somewhere between "totally accepted" and "par for the course". Society has been more accepting of sex between women since, oh, the Bible...

Sexuality can have MANY game effects and does deserve some attention. Social stigma's a certainly obvious result in some societies... but beyond that, a bisexual person is subject to the wiles of ALL the (human) NPCs, and if a lecher, no one is safe!

It's a Quirk because it makes you susceptible to Sex Appeal of both sexes.

According to Biotech, Alternate Sexuality is a 0-point Feature.

Things like Flamingly Gay or Lipstick Lesbian would be valid Quirks, though, because they entail stereotypical behaviors and might engender negative reactions.

Ah. That makes sense. EVERYONE is fair game.

I can see the "Sex Appeal works from both sexes" being countered by "knows how to use Sex Appeal on both sexes", of course with the assumption that the target is open to that suggestion.

That seems more like a Familiarity.

Besides, there's the issue of Reaction Modifiers Against Those Attracted to A Certain Sex.

There's nothing unnatural about a hetero male sex appeal-ing a gay male.

It's not unnatural, but it's also not familiar and certain something that's being forced.

Just Kidding: You say many insulting comments followed by "Just Kidding" to diffuse the situation. For example, "boy, your sister looks like a used-up whore...Just kidding!".
