Default Christmas Coin use

So, since I now have a set of 2010 and 2011 Xmas coins, I have a question. Since the rules say I can use BOTH coins (one red, one green), could I use a green 2010 and a red 2011? :D

Nice thought, but no. They're a set and you have to use two coins from the same year.
