No, the Zweihander retains the +3 to Parry when Retreating, which is pretty awesome.

Yes. The Zweihander is not just a two-handed sword or a Great Sword. The Zweihander is THE Great Sword!!!

By the way, can its quality be upgraded? Like a fine or very fine Zweihander for more damage?

And again, is this a guige shield usage? I don't have the slightest idea of how a warrior with such shield moves and fight. Can someone show me some image or video?

Why the heck not? You can get a Hyperdense one if you really want. :)

Hard to tell what that's supposed to be, since it's D&D art. It looks like it is just strapped to his back or something.

There's some guiges being used with shield and spear in the Bayeux Tapestry, IIRC.

The Mycenaean Lion Hunt Dagger shows full-height shields being used with two-handed spears and the guige is clearly visible on two of them.

I cant stop thinking about a weaponmaster using a zweihänder with a large shield on a shield-guige. It has so high munchkin-potential it ought to have its own card.

Works for me.

It probably checks the referer to prevent leaching. Either turn of the referer in your browser or do not click the link but cut an paste it into a new tab.

Looks like using shields for cover...
