Something wrong with the Cart
Hi!
I cannot order multiple items from W23. When I click on the "Add to Cart" button my cart gets replaced with the newly added item. I'd like to order Munchin 7 CWBH, Munchkinomicon and Fantasy Blank Cards but I can't!! |

Working fine over here. Make sure JavaScript and cookies are enabled in your browser, and if that doesn't work, email me privately with some more info about your setup and I'll see what I can figure out.

Re: Something wrong with the Cart
The other thing you could try is just using a different browser and see if it fixes the problem. I keep internet explorer on my computer for just such occasions.
(I'm absolutely not a computer dude but its a solution that works for me) That solves any cookie setup problem you have and also if the site doesn't like your browser it solves that too.

Re: Something wrong with the Cart
I had this problem a couple of weeks ago, different browsers, different computers. I included the information in the comments section on the "cut and paste" order form.

Re: Something wrong with the Cart
I was having this issue as well.
I would add something to my cart, and then hit View Cart, and the cart would be empty. Or I open tabs for three items, add them in succession... and the cart would only show the last item. Until I hit View Cart, and then it's empty. PROBLEM IDENTIFIED: Somewhere along the line, my URL went from http://www.warehouse23.com into http://warehouse23.sjgames.com As long as it was the latter, the cart would NOT work at all. I closed my tabs, opened a new one, and went back to warehouse23.com Cart worked properly again. ========= Win7 x64, Firefox 3.6.15 Tested again with IE 8.0, same result Test method: Type "warehouse23.sjgames.com" into the address bar directly, click "SJ Games" in left navbar, scroll down to TSAR, click "Add to Cart", then from cart view, click "View Cart" Same method using "warehouse23.com" shows cart working properly. It is definitely an issue with warehouse23.sjgames.com specifically.

Re: Something wrong with the Cart
That, in turn, raises the question of how you got to that place. Thursdays are a mite busy around here, but if you'll drop me an email reminder, I can start narrowing things down with a couple of searches. Obviously, I can't fix errors of the "wrong thing typed into address bar" variety, but if some page is linking there...

If that's not it, check the warehouse23.com vs. warehouse23.sjgames.com issue detailed above. And if THAT still isn't it - email me with specific details that I can use to try and recreate the problem on my side. Imagine me as a mechanic; just telling me that your car doesn't work does nothing to help me diagnose the problem. I need specifics. |

Are people TYPING that bad URL on their own, or are there pages that are LINKING to it? I can't stop the former but absolutely MUST FIX the latter...and so far, nobody's bothered to answer that key question. |
