That's not bad. What's Area Perception doing here exactly?

Thank you. It allows change of focus. Special Rapport by default lets you sense the area as a collective as is done in GURPS Fantasy. This lets you narrow that down to a smaller area or even individual.

I don't know that it's needed for that. Seems like Special Rapport for the people and the land is good enough.

Fair, though why do you need the adaptation "Good with..." from Blessed Be with Special Rapport?
Seems we both felt Special Rapport needed a bit extra to work on individuals when its bought for a large area, though our approaches were different. This build lets the user get an overall feeling of the well being of everyone in the land at once, or focus it to get the feeling about a specific farm, pond, house, or individual instead which can help in dealing with them.

Special Rapport is essentially Empathy but for One Person. Using it on a land to tell what's wrong with it, it's woes, etc. is a fair trade off - more or less. Having the Good with X traits extends that to all the animals, spirits, plants, and beings of the land allowing for Sensitive to be used on them. Having Special Rapport cover the land plus everything else seems a like a crock.

Fair opinion. Its an extension of whats there, I can see an argument for and against it as RAW. I do feel what I did was a liberal interpretation.
I do disagree that its a crock, compare the pricing yours is 34 points for Special Rapport and the Empathy/Good With perks compared to my 39 points. I could have built it cheaper, something like...
Immediate Attunement. Statistics: Special Rapport (One Way, +20%; Reliable +10, +50%; Transferable, +250%) [21].
That lets you adjust it quickly to the target as needed.

But I think the build on the blog is a clean way to handle it and easy to implement a required time to bind to a land but still allow quick focus rather than a more universal ability to instantly sense everything. I also thought about a Detect but preferred sticking with Special Rapport.
One of the great things about GURPS (in my opinion) is usually there are multiple ways to do something.

That would still take a minute to transfer.

Maybe. I'd have to consider it. It doesn't set well with me for some reason. Mostly I think it's that Special Rapport isn't a Detect ability - not really.

Which Pyramid has the Dungeon Fantasy article with the Mystic Knight?

Interesting but I could not follow all the math. In particular the converting base ability with the Obscure example.
