Canonically, you have, for -15 points:

Drinks human blood (Vampires)
Talks in metaphor (Celtic Myth)
swearing like a trooper if a schoolmarm (Old West)
public acceptance of non-Christian faiths in Europe (Swashbucklers)

It's possible I missed something.

Tells people at great length and detail about that operation he had on his intestines that one time for that tumor. Especially over food.

What would be the result of regularly insulting the Emperor in modern Japan?

Are there? I certainly wouldn't expect very many of them.

We are after all talking about stuff that most of a society agrees is similar in scale to actually being a man eating monster. Restraining people from doing really horrible things is a pretty basic function of law.

"We all agree that's horrible, but think it should be legal anyway" sounds like one of those things political theorists are big on but practical politicians don't bother with too much.

That would be extremely annoying. But it sounds like 15 points is something that is enough to provoke violence or expulsion from society or similar drastic response.

Drinking Blood is obvious, While a Schoolmarm who swears like a cavalryman is a little more subtle-she can probably find some venue to fit in like being a camp follower. But she can't fit in as a schoolmarm. Though there were as always more complications in the time period then might be thought Public acceptance of non-Christian faiths can obviously be annoying in Swashbucklers and for perfectly understandable reasons(Spanish fishing hamlets probably are not going to have Enlightened feelings a few weeks after Barbarosa had come for a visit).

Also I wanted the ingenious device of seeing how many transgressions I could get into one sentence.
There is food sold at Auschwitz, one of the food items sold there to visitors is a hotdog. I know this because I was there and purchased and ate one of them.

Wearing neo-nazi insignia in Brooklin. Not illegal, and probably won't make you subject to violence. But still...

I'll just point out that hotdogs can be all beef or all chicken.

It was rectal and I still don't understand why people get so butthurt over mere words. :)
I was kicked from a WoW guild for mentioning it as the leader's baby sister was supposedly traumatized by reading over his shoulder.
