Wild Talent/Wild Abililty = Cosmic?
Hey All:
Quick question: Is the Wild Ability enhancement [+50%, Gurps Powers] for Wild Talent considered Cosmic? The enhancement cost - along with the description - strongly suggests it is an in advantage form of "Adding Utility"/Cosmic enhancement, allowing a super to manifest (briefly) 30 point Advantages, in addition to the basic ability to one off unknown skills. No, Cosmic is a different modifier.

Cosmic is a wierd modifier, several examples exist priced around it but arent actually part of the Cosmic Tier.

Yeah, it's more a question of curiosity; I can't think of a situation it really matters, unless it was used as part of a Cosmic Power talent array.
