Rick and Morty Allies

I have had this question before in other versions of Munchkin but it most recently came up while playing Rick and Morty and so I'll use these cards for the examples.

If I already have an Ally in play and I draw another one which allows me to have an additional Ally, can I play it as well?

In this example, I have 'Scary Terry' in play and draw 'Baby Legs'. Do I have to discard 'Scary Terry' (since I can only have 1 Ally at a time normally) before playing 'Baby Legs'? Or can I keep 'Scary Terry' as I play 'Baby Legs'?
