Default Flayleaf powder in pathfinder munchkins

Flayleaf powder had been played to force a player to give assistant. After that action the combat had a monster added to it making the p!ayer in combat win with gaining 3 lvls but Flayleaf powder says it can not be used to get the wining lvl. Does this cancel Flayleaf and remove the forced players bonuses? Or just not allow the winning lvl? Or something completely different?

As a general rule, when an effect that forces a player into a fight says it cannot be used for the winning level, and then the fight turns into one for the winning level, the player being forced to help is removed from the combat.

At some point, in some future revision of the rules, we're going to have to deal with this problem more directly.
