No, but it does put you in the ballpark. If you run the numbers there are 1,486 backers in the top 10 countries, and only 1,587 backers total, so there are only 101 backers in the rest of the world that are not listed in the top 10. Total UK/EU backers listed in the top 10 is 184, so that makes the number of UK/EU backers somewhere between 185-285.

Thanks. Hadn't seen that before. 70% USA. Maybe 10-15% UK/EU. 5-6% from Canada. About the same from AUS, and less than 1% from NZ.

If flexible displays with touch sense are practical then this will happen by virtue of the components becoming so cheap that a general purpose boardgame thingie become doable.

The whole reason VTTs worked out in the first place is that the cheap connectivity of the internet allowed people to experiment with different ways of sharing along with different ways of doing collaborative editing. That tricked down to fans of RPGs which in turn repurposed that technology into the first standalone VTTs like OpenRPG and Fantasy Grounds. Then HTML5 and all the new software libraries developed in the past decade has enabled a new wave of VTT like Roll20.

My conservative prediction is that by 2050 you will have 36" by 24" flexible display with touch sense with a iPhone size computer attached to one side with lots of ports. That there will stickers with unique IDs that you slap on anything. If placed face down on the display it can sense the id and report it position and orientation.

That boardgames will be a software download and a box of physical pieces.

Any chance on getting this question answered?

All the locations that have large existing GURPS user populations feature high in the numbers. Note that Brazil has no particular deal on postage and is still high up - even though this is yet another English only product.

EDIT: Also consider population. The UK has more people in it than Australia or Canada, I'm fairly sure. Canada is much closer than the UK, yet the UK places higher.

I, too, would like to hear about this. I'm thinking about getting more dice if they're offered in the Backerkit, but if they won't last, it doesn't make sense.

If they are like the custom dice that SJGames has been using for several years now in the dice games, Ogre, Munchkin etc., they will last.

The other 14 backers on Sydney, or the other 49 in Australia, should feel free to contact me for a game.
