M58 has Enchantment spells Talisman and Amulet...
M220 has Alchemical Charms / Alchemical Talismans
Not sure how close this would be to what WAWS wants.

The Talisman spell does 1-time boons which operate like a bonus to roll.

M57 has "scroll" which lets spells be cast from them if you can read... it might be interesting if you had some way to activate customized scrolls without reading them, like via burning paper instead.

"Temporary Enchantment" would cover when you can't read the spell and don't want it indefinitely reusable: 15% the cost if it's 1-use. Not usually as cheap as a scroll, but then you don't need to read to use it.

RPM's conditional spells are more useful, so I would suggest them instead of the default magic system.

Not that I disagree but you could also do this with the default system using the Talisman enchantment. But that will be much harder to conveniently have several at hand.

Conditional spells are much easier to use than talismans (and are a lot more flexible). With RPM, you can make a conditional spell in a few seconds (and you only need two skills). With the default magical system, it takes at least an hour (and you need an average of thirteen skills).

I said I dont disagree :)
But it is an option with the default system.

A Modular Abilities build would be the alternative, but using a well-suited magic rules system would be easier (and probably more economical in terms of points).
