@43Supporter - We (wife and I) laughed our butts off at the video. How awesome was that?! I LOVED the part with the minis in the underground lot and thought the one guy with the 'convertable' was insane for driving unprotected like that.

@dystopia - Escape from NY (and not so much the sequels).

Yeah, ESCAPE FROM LA is pretty much crap. I don't know what Carpenter was thinking. NEW YORK is a true classic though.

I think he was trying for a homebuilt Mini-Moke (the Mini variant best known as the taxi from _The Prisoner_). It was an illustration of just how maneuverable the classic Mini is (+1 HC? :) ).
