Munchkin Adventure Time: Cosmic Owl

Let's say that Player A plays Cosmic Owl while Player B is fighting some monsters. Who gets the treasures? The player who played the card (Player A), or the player in combat (Player B)?

Cosmic Owl intervenes to help the player(s) in combat, regardless of who plays the card, so the player(s) in combat receive the Treasure.

Thanks for the reply :) For further clarification: When you say "player(s)", if there are 2 Munchkins in the combat, do they split the 2 treasures granted by Cosmic Owl, and if so, how?

If a card does not specify how Treasure is to be divided, then it is divided according to the agreement reached when help was accepted. If the precise agreement cannot be satisfied, do the best you can.

A further note: The players are required to reach an agreement on treasure division before help is accepted; if no such agreement is reached, the helper is not entitled to ANY treasure from the combat, because the rules say very clearly that the main player draws all treasures.
