Enchantments to help Trained by Master skills?

Recently built character of mine uses Pressure Point attacks by way of a pair of short sticks. Last session I got the option of adding enchantments to these weapons.

Question: Are there any enchantments from 4e Fantasy that would give bonuses to the PP skill when used in this fashion? If you wanted to create such a spell, what would it look like?

Secondary question: There are a number of Trained by a Master or Weapon Master required skills - Other than stat boosting is there a way to support these skills via magic?
