2 Players
I know rules state that Munchkin is to be played with 3 to 6 players, but is it possible to play Munchkin as a 2 player game? Or maybe even solo play?
Most the time I play this game with just one other person, and we still find the game flow to still work extremely well, I just know some of the difficulties with 2 players is the idea of some of the cards that says "player to your left" or "player to your right" but we usually just take that as just the one person you are playing against, and the charity phase will most the time be a discard. |

Re: 2 Players
I Play with my bro all the time. 2 players. we just started a few days ago. Fairly new. I find that playing with just 2 players its hard to ask for help or even trade. and the game is one sided. when one side gets too powerfull you know they will win.

Re: 2 Players
Since the rules say 3 to 6, 2-player games are considered a house rule variant, so any previous discussion of 2-player play can be found in our house rule sticky thread in the main Munchkin forum. It is possible we didn't round up all the threads, so if you search in the main forum, you might also find some free range discussion of 2-player options.

Re: 2 Players
For the purposes of the 101 forum, though, we're sticking with the rules as written.
