Psi Helmet Question

I have a question about the Psi Helmet from Star Munchkin 2. What are the Psychic powers that are granted to the user for one use?

Are they only the two abilities mentioned on the Psychic class card (Read Minds, See the Future) or does the +2 bonus when fighting alone count as a separate power?

Any (one) ability on the Psychic card is fair game.
