Now that Pyramid is going to close, what are your plans for the next year to come?

Have you ever considered beginning a kickstarter project like Douglas Cole did? Or going like Mailanka to create your own "universe" through several iterations?

Well, I have several irons in the fire right now for GURPS, a few that's not GURPS (at least one I haven't mentioned yet). Honestly? I'm going to start exploring other game systems and fiction. I should have done this years ago, but . . . Pyramid was right there. In a million years I would never have thought it would have been cancelled. But there I go thinking again. It taught me something important though - if I don't control it, I can't rely on it.

And in case it must be said - I bear SJGames no ill will whatsoever. This is business and I understand that completely. It just sucks for me as a person.

Kickstarter - I don't have the tools in my toolbox to go through a kickstarter the way it deserves to be gone through. Maybe I'll poke Doug and ask questions and seek advice should I ever have something that I feel may be worthy of crowdsourcing

Universe - I have thought of this in fact and I've written several posts for my currently urban fantasy/secret magic campaign "The Chronicles of Ceteri" that will be appearing on my blog. History, powers, etc. will get gone over and discussed in a conversational manner (since it is a primer and those can be dreadfully boring due to so much being left out). Look for those in the coming weeks. (Here's the opener right here.)

If the series does well I may very well decide to follow Daniel's lead and do the same.

Overall, right now I'm just trying to get my personal life back in order so I can write. Things have been . . . not good for me. So every blog post and Patreon Special I get up is a triumph in its own right at the moment.
