That is, I fear, very premature. If we get a steady flow of new GURPS books over the next several weeks, then we can say the pipeline is unclogged. However, I think it's more likely that this is just a drop which has managed to make its way through the clog, and we won't see steady releases until after the cybertank gets out of the way, probably no earlier than May.

(Oh, dear: then we get to worry if the revival of Car Wars will create a new clog. I'm just a ray of sunshine today, aren't I?)

Vague in this case represents having poor resolution. Treat it as unable to spot small objects or determine their shape; its resolution is like that of Radar as opposed to Imaging Radar.

I agree with Turhan's Bey: the fact that the blockage is leaking does not mean that it's clearing. Though we can hope.

What's probably next on the docket, whenever the next release might be? Looking at the status reports, it seems like GURPS Locations: St. George's Cathedral and GURPS Martial Arts: Technical Grappling are the ones furthest through the production process. I suppose a cathedral might be an appropriate Valentine's Day release, as well.

As I seem to recall, art acquisition and approval is one of the areas that Ogre most impacted, so anything that was awaiting art (like the much-awaited RPM, or the THS supplement) is probably further back in the queue.

Hmmm. Okay. I suppose that makes sense. Nice book by the way. :-)

Thanks! I'm not sure where this interpretation of Vague came from; it might have been suggested by Kromm or PK. But in any case, it seems to work tolerably well as a representation for the use of low frequencies that give poor resolution.

So basically it's like the regular scanning sense but a low-res version? Okay that makes sense.

Hmm. Nifty.

If I didn't know how meticulous SJG works, I'd despair everything on my want list winds up like the TV shows I liked in the past. When the dam breaks I'll be drowning in GURPS, (and possibly broke for a bit).

An overabundance of Gurps is one problem most of us here would love to suffer through. ;)

I for one would have no problem being broke for GURPS products! I tell you thought this little lull in production hasn't gone to waste i have picked up a few Classic 3e pdf products (even though i pretty much have all of them in my physical book collection)

And I still have a bunch of back pyramids to get! So if they come out with a bunch of new products broke is what i will be for sure!
