How does parrying bullets with ETS work?

What do I need (other than ETS) to use to parry bullets? Also preferably arrows and such as well

The Parry Missile Weapons skill, which is in Basic Set: Characters. It has all the rules right there.

It seems I should probably go with trying to get Precognitive Parry instead, as it lacks the -5, though requires Danger Sense or Precognition (the planned build already has weapon master and 18+ skill)

Though precognitive parry the parrying weapon takes damage from the bullet, and ETS + Missile Parry the weapon doesnt?
