For people familiar with GURPS, it's basically Technical Grappling for D&D, PFRPG and OSR games.

Pyramid 101 Humor, still no download email but I found it in my account as a comp (subscription).
I REALLY want the offcial discussion thread to go out so I can comment on this issue. Kelly Pedersons article is really nice, not read the rest except I started Phils article and skipped past it to get to the crunch. Always eager for the crunch and its a testament to Phil and the idea that I even tried to hold off and read in order.

Yeah, it hasn't popped up on the main W23 page yet either. I guess the system is just taking a minute on this one, sorry. In the meantime, here's the product page and subscribers should have this in their Downloads already.

Hrm. I was going to suggest that while I'm gratified you'd mention it, it's not GURPS. But it is a W23 digital release, so dunno. I did plug it in the Roleplaying in General section.

Yeah I thought about the issue before posting.
Not being GURPS is irrelevant since we call out Ogre, Car Wars, Tribe, etc.
It not being a SJG product was more a concern but it is on W23 and is a product by someone who does a lot to support GURPS so as we have been clearly told its a fan thread and as the Op I went with it.
If I get complaints I may revisit it and it wont be something we do often.

Good news!
Kromm posted on his Journal that he actually had time to look at a few first drafts.
And he dropped by the forums this week and replied to at least two comments.
PK also seemed more visible on the forums this week.
So I will take this as the DFRPG and other projects are taking less time and we should see some movement on new material soon.
