Shenmachel's look became cold when Rina-el introduced herself as an angel serving Flowers. Flowers. Well, at least she was an angel, something which meant much in this city, as he had been told.
He swallowed slightly and then held up a hand, looking around to see if anybody else had approached unseen.

"If I may interrupt you, Rina-el.
I'd like to know which Choir you do belong to, but I guess that you are an Intercessionist? Another question I do have is to whom you are referring by 'C'?
And, Mitch, how do we get to that 'Blue Dog' the fastest?"

"Dude! Hey, good to know a fellow 'singer'. We've got a bit of a project in L.A. that could use a few more good souls. It seems there are a couple of sorcerers, one of whom has the others worried and that's never good in Angeltown.

"Look, I need to drop off this..." he waves, indicating the body he's in, "and then I'm supposed to meet up with a...soloist. What...part do you sing?"

Shenmachel, still standing straight, looks into Rina-el's eyes:

"The best way to pronounce my name here on Earth is 'Shenmachel'. I belong to the Choir of Seraphim and serve the General of the Host, Laurence, Archangel of the Sword."

He slides a hand in his jacket and pulls out a mobile phone.

"We should get each other's phone numbers - mobile or not - to be able to stay in contact when we're separated. But that can take place on our way as well. So, how do we get there?"

The Intercessionist, with her way with people, may observe that the Seraph seems not to like this device.
He eyes Rina-el again, apparently trying hard to come to terms with that lady being a Mercurian of Flowers.

Mitch seems to handle the idea of a Mercurian of Flowers better the Shenmachel does. Still he has to stiffle a small sigh. She was not going to make their task easier. "Yes, let's head over to the coffeehouse where you can all meet Nain who serves Destiny.

He presses some buttons on the phone and then continues.

"...[cell phone number].
So, Nain is a servitor of Destiny, Mitch? That sounds promising. Which Choir does she belong to?"

He starts walking towards the door, opening it.

"I think we'll go now, do we?"

Rina-el drapes herself on Shenmachel's arm. "You're welcome to ride with me.."
She grins.

The Seraph stiffens, trys to manage a polite smile but fails miserably. He tries to free his arm politely, but if Rina-el clings to it, he'll clench his teeth and try to cope with it.

"Well, madame, thank you for your offer. I do accept it. Mitch, will you drive there with your own car?"

The thought of being alone in a car with a Mercurian of Flowers seems to make him uneasy. But nevertheless he proceeds out of the Tradewinds', stopping for a moment and looking around.

"Where's your car, Rina-el?"

He sincerely hopes that it's not the flower-painted VW-bus parking across the street.

Rina-el laughs, delighted with her effect on Shenmachel, but lets him extract his arm.

"That car over there", she says, walking over to the dark blue convertable parked in the corner. She grins when she sees the flower covered VW bus..

OOC - Let's fast forward to the Blue Dog and meet Nain, shall we?
