Campaogn Log Date Bug

This has happened on different installs on different PCs, so I'm figuring it's in GCA not in Windows somewhere, but...

When I "Add Entry" in the Campaign Log, it tags the entry with the day's date. I could never figure out why sometimes it would be mm/dd/yyyy format, and sometimes dd/mm/yyyy format.

Today I realised that if the day and month are both single digits, then it will use m/0d, but if the day is double digits then it will use dd/0m.

Therefore, the top two entries on the log, for this week's and last week's sessions, look like-
13/03/2012
3/06/2012

What singular behaviour.

My system is set to use dd/mm/yyyy, by the way.
