can a Balseraph of Fate or Master of divine knowledge still take on a vessel, know ive made a lot of threads last week or two just been in a active mood.

Or are they totally dependent , like a kyroiate himself ON the resonance.

Yes, they do get Vessels with the same limitations as Kyriotates of Michael and Laurence, i.e. the 5 Forces used for the Vessel are not available to use for possession, regardless of whether the Vessel is currently manifested or not.

Oh just looked in infernals players guide where I should have looked in first place.

Incidently, those with malakim resonance have to take 4 oaths but not including the standard 2 it seems.
