1) What are the ways to sell a Enhancers?
(enhancers cannot be played on their own)

2) Can I sell an Enhancer attached to my Steed/Hireling?

Enhancers with Gold Piece value can be sold like any other Items. Enhancers without Gold Piece values cannot be sold and must be discarded when the attached Item or Steed is.

I have a Wolf Steed with Press-On Wings (600 Gold Piece).
Can I sell Press-On Wings and not sell Wolf Steed?

Yes; that enhancer is an Item. But you can't sell the Steed without selling the enhancer.
