Default A Skill Question

Would knowledge of human anatomy be the Physiology skill, some sort of Expert skill, or a specialisation of Biology?

That strikes me as GURPS Physiology, full stop.

I would add that there is also some highly specialized anatomy knowledge contained within most combat skills. A trained fighter usually knows where to strike his enemy for the best effect etc. If this was not the case then a warrior would presumably need to have Physiology skill in order to strike at vitals, veins and such. (And indeed, I routinely require people to have Naturalism and such to strike at the vitals of weird creatures they encounter because giant beetle physiology is presumably not covered by most normal fencing instructors.)

To a very limited extent, I would think. I know that cutting a knife blade deeply across an opponent's wrist leads to bleeding damage, light-headedness and so on. I couldn't find the radial artery on a drawing or dissection, tell you which vessels it feeds and is fed by, or give you its Latin name. All of that is Physiology.
