Make 'Enhanced Dodge' conditional?

Title says it all. I'm making a 'racial template' and wanted to make 'Enhanced Dodge' a 1/day and conditional (so it's not on the regular dodge all the time) part of a template. I have the 'Limited Use 1/day' added already, but I can't figure out how to get the 'Conditional' in there so it's not adding Enhanced Dodge to the regular dodge all the time.

The easiest way is to add the mitigator(yes) tag to the 1/day modifier. If you're making the template by hand simply add that tag into the limitation. If you're making the template through GCA open the modifiers window for Enhanced Dodge, select the 1/day limitation, click the edit button (in the lower-right of the modifiers window) then Full Edit Window. Click the Add Tag button. In the left enter "mitigator" (without quotes) and in the right enter "yes" then click OK.
