Index for Power-Ups?
I considering joining a campaign. The GM uses a lot of different material, but the sources are absent. Is there an index that lists Power-Ups by source?
I don't need the description as I'm perfectly willing to add to my collection of pdfs I just want to know which ones to buy :) Thanks! P.S. The one I am looking for is "in the face" I was unable to find this...and I'm sure there will be others hence my quest for a grand index (it's not in wikidot FYI)

Re: Index for Power-Ups?
Don't think there is one, although I haven't fully checked the various recap forum thread.
For information: http://forums.sjgames.com/forumdisplay.php?f=85 http://forums.sjgames.com/showthread.php?t=140068 I just searched for "in the face" ... the words appear in about 90 Gurps book I own (really less, there are duplicate with the same file in several place), but not as a power-up at first glance. Do you have a description of what it does ? |

Re: Index for Power-Ups?
Aren't power-ups as packages confined to the DF line? I could be wrong, but I can't recall seeing anything outside of DF.
That still leaves a lot of pyramids that could contain power-ups though.

Re: Index for Power-Ups?
Yes, Power-ups can be either :
The extensions to basic : the "power-up" series of books : http://www.sjgames.com/gurps/books/power-ups/ Or the compilations of packaged upgrade for templates : The DF power-ups book : http://www.sjgames.com/gurps/books/d...geonfantasy11/ The MH power-ups book : http://www.sjgames.com/gurps/books/m...erspower-ups1/ You also have DF power-ups in various books, mainly http://www.warehouse23.com/products/...-swashbucklers http://www.warehouse23.com/products/...ens-barbarians And quite a few Pyramid III magazines. To address the original question : I find that with a fast computer, a multi-pdf search can stand for an index, assuming -you have the PDFs you need -you know the right search words. Re: Index for Power-Ups?
There are so many scattered around, I would ask your GM where the ones that your interested in are from.

Re: Index for Power-Ups?
If it's the Power-Ups books, I'd just suggest all of them. Only 1 is basically stand alone (Imbuements), all the others I find incredibly useful all the time. Otherwise, I'd ask the GM what books they are using and recommend getting.
