I like the wording large number.
And yet it seems that the one they're most likely to release Kromm's GURPS Dungeon Fantasy item that's been brewing since only December (fast turnaround).

Authors are asked to submit a certain number of pull quotes or art ideas for their pieces. Once we have the preliminary layout, including "art holes" (blank spaces that make the text layout work to our standards), we can decide which spaces can be filled with quotes or existing, appropriate art, and we contract an artist or artists for pieces to fill those holes that need new pieces. Final layout isn't done until the holes are filled.

FWIW, I'm writing freelance contracts now (flexing those "former managing editor" muscles) and I can tell you that I've written several GURPS contracts since the start of the year and have another in my "to write" queue. So things *are* moving.

Suggesting could be earlier, epecially with ome so experianced in the process but he posted approved in Fridays update so I bumped the status.

I doubt he needed a lot of editing :) Also its one of, if not the most popular line so if I were in charge I would fast track it too.

I think you've got too many Steampunk volumes on the list: #2 is in final draft, #3 has just been submitted in first draft, and I don't think we've heard anything about a #4.
Yeah I put a warning in my notes but Fridays update I think clarified things.
The first Draft was submitted last year so when Kromm said a First Draft was submitted on a Steampunk project I had to wonder if it was for another or a major enough rewrite it counted as another first draft.

However he clarified it was for the third in the series.

I started my review of the first draft of the third volume in Phil Masters' GURPS Steampunk series.

So the list has been adjusted.
As for Pyramid, are you sure its not the Third Thursday?

Sounds like another good year for GURPS.
Expansion on the Steampunk line with hopefully 2 books, another 2 for Monster Hunters, another in the GURPS Magic line, 2 more by Matt Rigsby ( DF adventure and a Hot Spots) and several more hinted at.
Speaking of freelancers, I hope we get another Horror item this year.

Well then Kudos for the extra advertising. I knew it was in the works, did not know it was a thing yet though.

So whats this months Pyramid?
Seems the planned one got changed
The remaining items
Hot Spots and Locations
Alternate GURPS
After the End

Rumor mill (Probably the May issue)..
Kromms blog: I reviewed the first batch of articles for the April issue of Pyramid, which has a theme that should please longtime GURPS fans.
GURPS News: April will definitely bring Pyramid #3/114 – and I'll hint that its theme is one we've never explored before. Review of the first few articles is on my "to do" list for the start of the month.

So please longtime fans and a theme never explored before...
Time travel issue? That could fit the Hot Spots or After the End with a little creativity. Or do we have something totally different? There was a hint related to medicine in a forum thread.

I will hopefully update the first page soon, but I broke the code and could not find the error yet. Maybe fresh eyes tomorrow.
