Default Questions about Fast Fire and Body of Flames (and elementals)

If a mage cast Fast Fire spell on a fire elemental or on a mage with body of flames, the elemental gains great haste but what about the damage?
e.g.: A small elemental deals 2d of burning damage, does Fast Fire increase the damage?

indirectly: the elemental can deal the damage two times per second (two attacks).

Ok, thanks.

One more question about elementals. Fire and Lightning elementals can deal burning damage. They have no skill like brawling,... (animals and other creatures have attacks skills) They deal damage just by coming near (close combat) the target?

No, they have to hit their target. Remember that you roll against DX to hit with unarmed attacks; Brawling is useful because it increases your skill whithout increasing your DX and also gives a damage bonus, but is not mandatory to have it in order to strike someone with a punch (flaming or not). ;-)

What about:

Fast Fire, Create Fire known at 20

Maintain Spell known at 16

Create Fire (2 mana, minus 2 for skill)
Maintain Spell on CF (1 mana, minus 1 for skill)
Fast Fire (2 mana, minus 2 for skill)
Mainttain Spell on FF (1 mana, minus 1 for skill)
Fast Fire (2 mana, minus 2 for skill)
Mainttain Spell on FF (1 mana, minus 1 for skill)
Fast Fire (2 mana, minus 2 for skill)
Mainttain Spell on FF (1 mana, minus 1 for skill)
...

Each time doubling the initial fire, until the CF expires after 5 minutes (since CF could be maintained indefinitely, the 1 mana in MS maintains for 5 periods). Each FF/MS cycle takes 3 seconds, so if there are no failures, this could produce temperatures of 2^100 (about 10^30) times hotter than a normal flame. Even assuming a higher than expected 20% failure rate, that only brings it down to 2^80 (about 10^24) times. This is hotter than the Sun.

Or is there no problem letting the Fire college create plasma as well? On second glance, it seems like there might not be...

Multiple instances of a given spell (that doesn't create permanent changes - like healing spells,...) do not stack. Only the most powerful instance counts.
