Cutting someone in half, similarly to cutting off someone's neck, is just a special effect of killing someone in a single blow with a cutting attack. Clegane can totally do so; he averages 28 points of injury, which will 1-hit kill an average person 50% of the time.

There are none. However, in reality it's apparently possible for a human to survive being cut in half, depending on where the cut is:

This would mean the minimum injury required to cut someone in half is less than 6XHP; since it's almost certainly fatal though, I'd call it more than 5XHP, and the vitals bleeding rules from Martial Arts should be used. The victim should aquire stuff like Legless [-30]; Wounded [-5], Chronic Pain etc...

Against 10HP; 10 HT:

After rolling damage and subtracting DR you need a damage of 34, multiple that by 1.5 for cutting that gets you to 51 points of damage. With HT 10 the victim has a 6.25% chance of being alive, a 12.04% chance of being alive but mortallly wounded (odds of surviving being mortally wounded without medical aid and HT 10 are about 3.57%) and a 81.71% chance of being dead. Assuming you aren't dead, you'd then be rolling for bleeding every 30 seconds at -4 for location, -10 for injury size, total -14:

3-4: Stop Bleeding
5: Lose 1hp
6-18: Lose 3 HP

Meaning you have an 86.74% chance of bleeding to death in the first 90 seconds.

Assuming you don't die of bleeding or being mortally wounded, you have to roll HT to recover from being unconscious, fail this roll (50%) and you're in a coma.

Probability of survival rolls at negative HP:

Right; forgot about mortal wounds. *shrug* Just consider those the times when you luckily survive the bisecting like you mentioned earlier;)

He's likely to use AoA:Strong when he's cutting a dude in half. So that's 4d+7. 4d+8 (or maybe +11; if that's actually supposed to be a /die bonus) while mounted.

AoA: Strong is +2 or +1 per die, whichever is higher. That makes it 4d+9, rather than 4d+5. That should bring him up over the 30 injury mark, allowing him to killinate an average foe 50% of the time in a single blow.

I would just consider that part of the "frequency of appearance" modifier - no Patron helps you 100% of the time, and structurally "won't help" is the same as "can't help".

I thought the base damage was 4d+3, that's what you said earlier.

Anyway, I know that. The damage bonus for Calvary Weapons is only +1, though and it doesn't specify it as a per/die bonus. I don't see why it shouldn't be though, honestly.

I'd say it's more like killing them instantly without an HT roll, so enough damage to take them down to -5*HP.
