"GURPS Conspiracy X" will probably also be useful in other ways, for running a campaign in the Delta Green setting. I don't know if it's still available from shops, though, since it was a conversion from another RPG, so the license may have expired.

As for Pyramid v2, there were a couple of articles, "The FBI in Gaming" and "The CIA in Gaming", or something like that. But only those who had active subscriptions when Pyramid v2 closed down have the archives.
