This is a supers game, starting off low powered and working up to earth braking.

you are just beginning to realize your powers, and so is the government. you must choose you to trust in this fight between those with powers and want the world to know, the the government who will stop at nothing to make sure it is never known.

you all walk different paths of life, but will be drawn together once the fighting starts anew. being called to fight with the resistance. more detail will come when needed.


some notes on creating:

make a mundane character using 100/-20/-5. that is 100pts with -20 limit for disadvantages and -5 limit for quirks.

attributes are capped at + - 30%

skills are capped at att+3

In order to have karate, judo, boxing, wrestling, sumo wrestling you must choose a martial arts style with it in the style.

weapon skills require the same treatment, with the exception that you can have 1 point in a weapon skill, but to further it anymore would require training in a style.

will be using rules from MA, all optional rules for injury, harsh realisim for unarmed fighters, and tactical shooting. this will be a pretty gritty game, but I'm not out to kill you :D

powers will be chosen by YOU lol and then we will work together to balance them out with what I have in mind for the campaign. most likely just toning them down till you guys start the real fights muwahahahaha :D

oldest your character can be is 20 for the purpose of the game.

Her psychiatrist recently put her on meds to keep her from worrying about the stupid things her friends do. Her current goal is getting into medical school. She spends her spare time fiddling with computers, learning how to hypnotize herself into doing better on tests (its like cheating with out the cheating part), and trying to figure out alternate theories to explain the universe.

can't have luck. its cinematic. other than that is good! I would use some of that 15 for Eidetic Memory, seems like it would be handy for your character. and a little more in first aid and you might want Diagnosis for being a medical student.

please re-read first post since I just edited it so others can know the rules for creating a character :D oops!

I like the idea, if you can rework the disadvantages so its dropped to -20pts and -5 quirks your good to go! remeber to keep within 100pts though! :D

I will wait a little longer till everyone has a mundane PC ready, as for powers you can suggest them, even write it like you did ( though I need some explanation behind what it is meant for) and we will rework them to fit a "beginner" :)
