Revolution Anarchy - Compatible with Palace?

In the description it says it expands to allow up to six players.
How does this interact with the Palace which also adds two players?
Are the two added players the same two colors added with The Palace or are they different which might allow up to eight players?

Do the new bidding boards include the additions from the Palace expansion?

It doesn't work with The Palace at all; you use one or the other. The new player pieces are different colors, so IN THEORY you could play with eight players, but we didn't test it and don't recommend it.

I wouldn't think you'd be able to play with eight players even if you wanted - unless you made up some home-made bidding boards.
