I think I saw that picture on something at the SCP Foundation. I seem to have mercifully scrubbed it from my mind, though...

The one with tumour-like tooth infection producing normal teeth growing all over the roof of the mouth, and eventually throat, esophagus, stomach etc.? I'm pretty sure this article was linked to either from here or from TVTropes (likely the BodyHorror section).

Maybe not directly useful for a game, but definitely weird, and a reminder of just how variable and strange even conventional biology can become. I can think of useful things inspired by this.
