Ah. Sounds like someone at the office is collecting info for the PDF delivery. Sorry, I thought we were referring to the BackerKit survey, which should have already been completed.

Same here, wanted just my mailing address and email associated with W23, but nothing about add-ons or such. I filled that prior one out on October 22nd it looks like.

I got the shipping address email. After confirming it said I ordered M2 but back in October the Backerkit notice also covered M3 in add-ons. Guess the shipping is separate.

When are the M2 and M3 playmats supposed to ship? The kickstarter page says December.
