Trap Birdperson's Wedding question.
The Rick and Morty version of the game has a card which has created some discussion with my friends.
The card in question is the trap Birdperson's Wedding which I am paraphrasing: Give half of your cards in play (rounded up) to characters of the opposite sex. As my group understands it cards in play include cards like class, items, allies, yadda yadda (everything in front of the unlucky person). The problem we have run into involves allies. Person A draws the trap. Both person A and person B have allies. Person A has to give up their ally in order to resolve the trap, but only one ally is allowed and person B already has one, so what happens with the ally? Or is this a typo on the card? Is the intent of the trap to only give up item cards? |

Re: Trap Birdperson's Wedding question.
Cards in play generally stay in play, so I'd rule (like with excess Big Items) that you can't give a player a card they can't keep in play.
